I feel so bad writing this because my stylist was really sweet, but I can’t believe she let me walk out like this! I asked for face framing layers and more volume, and also discussed how frizzy my hair can be. I have to say, my hair has never looked this bad. She asked what I thought and I told her it was a bit too wild and I wanted it more defined and less frizzy. This was the improvement. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a haircut feeling humiliated walking to my car. I took this picture as soon as I got home, I live less than a minute from the salon.

Arline was clearly in a terrible mood when we visited. She fought with the customer ahead of us and then had mouthed them after they left. When she started cutting my son’s (12) hair she was very rough with him. She was rude all the way through and refused to hear anything from us. After we left my son told me that she was hurting him. He has scratches all over him from the guards. She didn’t blend anything and missed several spots. Worst hair cut we have ever had from a “professional”. Absolute zero stars. I do not recommend. Shame on you Arline. How could you take out your frustrations in a child? I would love it if a manager would reach out to me.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThey lost a twice a month customer for the last 5 years. Went in today after I registered online. First they blatantly took someone lower on the list, sounded like a friend. Then when the next woman called me up she very rudely told me my barely 4 year old daughter would have to wear a mask. I understand it is a private business and they can make there own rules however there has never been a mask mandate in Maricopa County for anyone under 7. I politely explained she might not keep it on when she rudely responded if she does not wear a mask we would have to leave so instead of bothering with it and possibly ending up with half a haircut from a rude barber I chose to leave and will never be back. Mind you I went back to my car to grab my mask before stepping foot inside doing my best to follow there policy posted on the door even though they are probably the only establishment still requiring masks for vaccinated customers that I know of.They lost a twice a month customer for the last 5 years. Had a very pleasant experience with a hair stylist today at around 5:45pm. I can’t remember her name but she has a great sense of humor and is very friendly. We need more people like her. She is super genuine and caring. Props to her for making this customer happy. And if she is reading this, “I just want the tots.”
