Leila(the stylist) is delightful, she listened and also gave her professional input for my haircut to come out lovely. Love it! Also, she is very friendly and displayed a great example of teamwork by helping her coworker figure out how to handle a challenging haircut by giving her ideas for how to approach it and showing her,so that the client received the best cut and the stylist was given the encouragement to complete it with less difficulty. Just wanted to recognize her for being an awesome professional that cares. 🙂

I just came back from Great clips salon on Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley. Peoria. I am still shaking for what happened. The lady who said she runs the shop was rude since I walked in. She was not happy that I was late, but I did not mind to wait. unfortunately for me she said that she could take me right away. I set on the chair and I told here that I wanted to cut two inches of my hair. She said because I have curly hair it wasn’t a good idea. I said that’s ok but still want to do it. She was arguing and kept saying that I don’t understand and that she was a professional … she refused to cut my hair, and it woks for me as well. But it was not ok the way she was raising her voice and asked me to leave the store. I was trying to tell her that the way she was acting with a customer was wrong. She asked me to f… off of her shop or She will call the police… I asked her to give me her name, but she refused.

Critical: ProfessionalismI checked in online & when I walked in, per the app it was a 20 minute wait. No problem. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a stylist with an extremely poor attitude. I chalked it up to having a bad day. However, when she RUDELY told me you need to have a seat. I’m the ONLY one cutting hair. It’ll be 25 minutes” I politely said “not a problem.” Her attitude changed with the gentleman client she was working with. Sounded like he was a regular as well as the gentleman that walked in after I did. She was polite with him. The issue I have, is your tone with a female client. You have lost my business & you need to change your tone with your clients. There was absolutely no reason to be rude to me. Is absolutely worst haircut ever. The stylist said that she was the manager, And I feel like she needs to be removed from this building, She seemed very unprofessional, When I tried explaining to her what I wanted for a haircut which is very simple she acted like she knew everything. I’m not sure if I got a haircut or if I just got beat over the head with the clippers. I apologize that I don’t remember her name but supposedly she is the manager So I highly recommend getting your haircut elsewhere or at least by somebody other than her if you decide to get your haircut therethere.
