Absolutely horrible service after they messed my teens son hair up so bad and sent him out with a crooked hairline. His father asked for it to get fixed several times but she either didn’t understand or didn’t listen or maybe being old she couldn’t hear but the other 2 ladies stood by doing nothing to intervene as my husband tried to salvage a haircut. I called to express my concern and frustration and instead of an apology I was met with it being our fault for not saying enough to someone that wasn’t even listening.

I called today to make an appointment as I have no internet until June 23rd. The person who answered the phone, Billie told me she could lose her job if she made a reservation over the phone. I told her I was a on going customer and had no internet. Her response was sorry. I will never use this outfit again. Went to Supercuts across the street. They told me that they live on phone reservations and on line. Much better experience then someone telling me they could lose their job over a phone reservation. BS
