There’s this one girl who had attitude from the moment I walked in. Not a personable girl, super in her own world. I wouldn’t even address her and would mind my business yet she would butt in and give her 2 cents. I think her name started with an M I can’t recall. She needs to be fired. Lindsey was my stylist and she did an amazing job,! She had been in the haircare industry for ten years. My hair is very hard to cut / shape. It’s not very often I find someone who has not cut my hair before and it’s able to get the shape that I want. She listened intently to my instructions and she put her own flare into the cut. She has a very nice to meet her and is very friendly. And you should take advantage of the 8.99 deal right now!

I don’t know where to start. I used to be a regular customer, but that has now been fewer and farther between. I understand that people are short staffed, I do, but every time I check in, my wait time stays the some or gets longer. Last time while there, I saw a guy take 20-25 minutes just to shave a head. I understand taking some time to do the job correctly, but please don’t approach things like that is the only haircut you are going to do all day. There was a girl there who seemed to be trying to work quickly, but between her doing hair and having to answer the phone, she was slowed down too. I finally had to walk out so I wouldn’t be late for work. There’s a place across the street that’s $10 more a cut, but if they can get me out in a timely fashion, it will be $10 well spent.

It took a while of trial and error but I’m thrilled to have found Ian at this great clips. It was my second cut/ style with him. The the salon itself is clean and bright and the staff very friendly. I do check in online and since I want to specific stylist I may have to wait a few extra minutes. But calling ahead I found out the delay so I was able to calculate when you sign in on the app.
