Checked in online like usual and was seen as soon as we arrived. The stylist we had was Tanya and she was amazing. My daughter loved her and all the information she provided to help my daughters hair get healthier. She did exactly what my daughter wanted and made her feel so much better about herself. We will definitely be coming back to this location and asking for Tanya. We also loved how clean the salon was and how friendly everyone was. Over the top customer service. And great product sales is just another bonus.

So I have been going to this store for a few months now after moving and losing my old hair stylist and I wasn’t too thrilled at first. I had a different stylist each time and it always seemed like they were more worried about getting me out of their chair than actually cutting my hair the way I asked. Today, I came in to the store bracing myself for another unsatisfying haircut, and instead I was pleasantly surprised. Ken was my barber and he was the best I’ve ever had. He patiently listened to my requests and took his time cutting my hair to perfection. I can safely say that I will definitely be coming back for Kens services again.

I came to this location on the Friday morning of 10/14. I had very long thick hair and was in need of a cut and some thinning out. I left thinking it was a little shorter then I wanted but it seemed to be okay and felt nice and light. When I got home to style it I realized the underneath had tons of short broken pieces. I’ve never had this happen before and unfortunately will never return to any Great Clips again for this. I went the day before having a baby and now have a newborn and am unable to even put my hair up. I gave two stars as the hairdresser was very kind.

I have gone to Great Clips for 10 + years. Service has steadily gone downhill to its current state, which is very poor. Checked in online for son and I, said 38 minute wait and we were 7th in line. Went and did errands for 35 minutes and when we got there, we were 6th in line and the wait was 36 minutes. Two stylists and a helper working, that seems to be the normal there now. Stylists are unhappy and the morale seems very poor. Went across the street to Sports Clips and got right in. When I cancelled at the Great Clips and told the salon aide I was going to Sport Clips, she said ‘sounds good’. GC also seems to have odd and inconsistent hours. Sport Clips got a new customer!

This was first time to this great clips.. current manager cut my curly hair was cutting hair too fast it was like a speed contest not listening to instructions or picture shown to her. First impression was she’s lazy or too tired to put the work into the cut i requested, not concerned with the small touches that makes a cut great. Cut was very very basic at best n did not remotely resemble the style i requested at all. She was abit rude, coarse, with a nonchalant condescending attitude or maybe it’s her sense of humor. I went back to her once more to fix cut and she did worse job 2nd time than the first n did not seem to care much abt it?! I have never seen anyone cut hair like this she butchered me then said it was what i requested ?!! She cut above my curl which is a major no no for curly hair n left it 2 inches long, my hair had been medium length when I walk in.?!! Honestly the only time Ive had such a bad cut was when a friend of mine in high school was in hair styling class n i allowed her to practice on my hair ?! I will not be returning. I feel embarrassed for lady that she thinks she gave me something worth paying for ?! Did not get feeling she takes pride in her work. I was just another number to her. Sad for her n for anyone else whose hair she touches.

This is the second time that it has happened to Me where I check in because the time frame shows low and then when I show up to the location, they have people who also checked in waiting and they only have like 2 people working. Great clips has lost My service due to a false time frame in their check in.

I recently went in for haircut and noticed an altercation between the stylists where it made me along with other customers there uncomfortable. There was a male stylist, I think his name was Ken? was harassing another female worker… I didn’t catch her name but she looked uncomfortable as well. I ended up leaving because that’s incredibly unprofessional, super weird, and much more chill to go to a barber.

They did an amazing job. I had my 4yr old and 11yr old. They did wiggle time for my 4yr old which helped him sit still. My 11yr old was having trouble deciding on a cut and they helped him! Thank you!!
