My hair is down to my waist and the only way to untangle it after washing is by bending over. I had just had eye surgery and can’t bend over so I went to have them shampoo my hair. The girl who did my hair was great and very careful not to get any water or shampoo around my eyes. I greatly appreciate it.

They are so unprofessional! I called right before my 2:00 appointment and they asked if I could make it another day. I told them I couldn’t but I could come late to the appointment if that would be easier for them. They told me that coming late wouldn’t help so they said “No problem, Come in a 2:00 and we’ll take care of you.” When I got there at 2:00 they told me they were really busy and asked if I could reschedule for another day again. When I told them again that I couldn’t,m they asked me to come back an hour later.

I went to great clips for a hair cut. I signed in on line before going and I didn’t have a long wait time at all. I got right in Lucy was my stylist. I showed her the a picture of what I liked since my hair is very thin we talked about how she would get as close as possible. She was super nice and I am pleased with how it came out. I love it! Thank you Lucy! I will definatly be back and request her again!
