I have had several great experiences at Great Clips doing updos!!!! This particular event I was going to was a red carpet movie premiere event and I knew I could count on Great Clips. They are way cheaper than salons and if you’re going to this location make sure you ask for Victoria. She did a fantastic job especially after not even knowing what I wanted until I got there. It wasn’t exactly as the picture but it was similar and very elegant!! I will definitely be back for my next updo!! Plus it held so nice and tight I even slept in it and wore it for a 2nd day

Terrible service. Waited an hour for my appointment and when my turn came the stylist rushed it. Rushed it and was aggressive to the point that it was hurting at times. To top it, she messed up my hair. Cut it way too short at random places. I went to the location for the first time because their wait time was the shortest, I can tell why. Never going there. Will go to my usual location. There wait times are 2 hour plus, but wait is worth it. It’s the location on “cotton lane”

Probably the most inexperienced hair stylist I’ve been to excluding may two people that work here. None of the other staff members know the difference between a taper and a fade. How can you be licensed to cut hair and be that dumb. I’ve given it a few chances hoping maybe they would learn something. Stupid of me I guess. Definitely won’t be going here ever again.

Critical: PunctualityIf this business is going to accept both walk in’s and online check in then they need to take care of the walk in customers that have been waiting for the quoted 40 minutes. After 50 minutes 2 more online check ins arrive and there I sit. I will find another company to do business with.

This place was so gross. There was hair everywhere. It was on their counter top when we were checking out. My husband went there recently and they cut his hair uneven in the back. Also, mine was very choppy, so my entire family has just had bad experiences with the haircuts and cleanliness of the place. Just wanted to give a heads up. Hopefully they see this comment and actually clean their establishment
