Was on an hour wait list, but when it was my turn I had to use the the bathroom real quick. I wasn’t in there for even five minutes, and the worker sits someone else down. They didn’t even bother apologizing for it, instead they just told me that “it’d be quick and to just go and have a seat” they didn’t care about what they just did. That is absolutely unacceptable. They acted completely unprofessional about the situation, and didn’t bother to take responsibility.

I have only had ONE bad hair cut at the Buckeye, AZ Great Clips in the 10+ years I have been going there…. and it was a brand new technician and new employee there….It was my choice to try someone new as I live 20+ miles out of Buckeye and did not want to make the trip another day. Maria and ALL of the other Stylists have always done a really good job.

New and improved staff from when first opened! Much better vibe, and staff is very friendly! If you have tried them out at the beginning of their opening days, I suggest you give it a second shot. It looks like new management took over and everything is much better for a good!!

got to the location on Yuma and Watson in buckeye Az at 750pm not knowing they close at 8. They refused to see me and even ridiculed me when I said I checked in online because apparently it did not go through. After rushing through heavy traffic it’s very frustrating to say the least. I get off at 7 so I hurried as much as possible to get here when I did. And they said they “might” not take me because they close in 10 minutes and they have to shut down. That’s terrible. 10 MINUTES??? I got here in time. They should expect to stay late sometimes. I will be spreading my experience to anyone who will listen to how awful of an experience this was. Just informing you guys not everyone gets off at 430pm. I repeat I got there with TEN minutes to spare. Who does that??? Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. The staff was awful. One girl even said here’s the online check in list do you see yourself there? Rude and sarcastic. Won’t be going back and will persuade those who understand don’t waste your money where it’s not appreciated. As I complete this at 820pm. They are all still in the store. They couldn’t see me because why? SMH!!!

I am getting married in 2 and a half weeks. So I go in for a routine every 3 month haircut. As normal I ask for a round cut, 1 inch off, minimal trim on my bangs with light feathering for texture. Dianna who cut my hair was rough pulling on my hair created so many tangles, cut over 2 inches off my hair, my bangs are so short they’re above my eyebrow when I asked for them to be under them and they’re so thin it’s see though. I’ve been coming here for years. Now I need to search for a new place that will fix my uneven too short hair in time for my wedding. Definitely not going back to this location.

Great job! Our 8 year old daughter wanted to cut 8 years worth of hair off to get that pixie cut look. It was an emotional thing as a parent to watch. The stylist was great with my daughter and the end result was one my kid was 100% happy with. Personally, I wish we would’ve gone a little longer and then had me come over and say “okay, you can go shorter” but what’s done is done and she’s been a happier kid afterwards.
