I think there is a new salon manager. Things seem to have improved although the staff is still a bit light still. The ones there are pretty nice now. This place was pretty bad for a while, especially during the worst of the pandemic, but we may have turned a corner. I’m sure the light staff is due to the scarcity of labor. Quality has also improved, so it’s not a cr*p-shoot anymore. If you’ve been (understandably) avoiding this location, give it another try.

I walked in an older lady with short hair was with a customer as soon as she made eye contact I said the child would be getting a hair cut and immediately says “if he’s going to start crying, kicking and screaming I just can’t, I’m the only one here ” . Overall a really good location! Pretty good consistency in quality amongst the staff. My most recent visit was very smooth and satisfactory. The staff can be very social to keep a good atmosphere going, but will also keep the talking to a minimum if they see the customer doesn’t want to talk. Definitely would be returning to this location.

Walked in yesterday expecting my normal haircut i was met by Siobahn and was promptly sat down with the staggering smell of cigarettes. I explained what i was looking for and she started her process following the haircut nothing was what we had discussed. When i say ray charles with a set of clippers could have done a better job. She was very unprofessional when i tried to explain this isnt what i wanted. So i would not recommend this business if you need a haircut
