If you get RACHEL or Rachael, whatever her name is, RUN! Do not let her cut your hair! I don’t know how she could even consider herself a hairdresser with the uneven work that she did. She was incredibly rude and the fact that she’s still allowed to work there say’s more about the lack of management than anything else. Some of the hairdressers at this location are really talented. I know this because I’ve been there before. They are being passed out on just because of one person and that isn’t fair to them.

Unless you want to be treated with disrespect!? Don’t go to this location!? We go here all the time and always have left satisfied! But we went on Wednesday and arrived almost 40min before they closed! It didn’t let us check in online. So we decided to show up. And we have arrived like 15mins before the close before and they have always check us in, and take us back! Well this time they saw us but didn’t ask us if we were already checked in? They were just taking clients back! Then when they took back the last client? The lady just started closing and counting the money just pretending we were not there!?! When I asked her if they were going to take my mom back? She said no cus they were closed!? I told her we were there already like 40 mins and she said that’s not possible I didn’t see you!? My mom has really short hair! I takes them no more than 10min to cut it!? And I went to tell the other lady that was cutting the last clients hair if she would take her back!? And she told the other girl you don’t even want to do a small trim!? And she said rudely NOP! I want to go home!!!! Me as a massage therapist, and working at a spa in customer services. I have always been trained that our goal is to please the customer as much as possible!? Then I asked her for her managers number? and if she could write her name? And she said its Detraw! I was like, can you write it down on the paper please!? And she said NOP! It’s DETRA!! I called the manager Rachael and said what happened!? And she said I will look in to it!? And I didn’t even get a call back or anything the next day?So we went today again and I was struggling on translating how my mom wanted it!? She showed her the pic and told her they have cut it like that before there and she liked it. Well she was not cutting it how my mom wanted it!? And I was translating as much as possible when the lady ended up speeking Spanish! I know is not mandatory to speek it!? But if I see my client struggling I talk to them in Spanish with out them even asking me!? Well they charged my mom $46 for her not to like the hair cut and them not to try and do anything to fix it!? She left there crying and I brought her to the great clips on 7ave and Osborn road and the fixed it for free! TIP (go there instead! They left it how she wanted and were very nice and professional about it!) I also called the manager Rachel today to explain the problem asked if at least we can get half a refund for how we were treated and said no that was not possible! But she was going to take care of it!? Won’t be going back there anytime soon! And I suggest people do the same!

Do not bother going in. After waiting over 45 minutes I was told that they could not do a wash and style because they only had two stylists. I was not aware of their policy and there is not a sign posted about the policy. There was only myself and one other customer at the time. After making me wait they should have just done my hair. They made an assumption that I wanted a hair cut that was not my mistake. I do not appreciate having my time wasted.

I’ve been going to this Great Clips ever since it opened up. I’ve had my share of good cuts and not so good on rare occasions. But I just got my haircut done today by Elizabeth, and it’s one of the best cuts I’ve ever received.

Decent. Just been waiting for about 2 hours which isn’t an issue at all but I got to see this one employee just being overall unprofessional. A man didn’t like his haircut and WANTED to suggest her that she was cutting more than what they agreed on. She got defensive saying don’t get mad, you’re not upset rn, don’t do this right now. Very unprofessional. When I had my turn I told her “I believe two inches” she cut me off and told me that’s not two inches before I finished my first sentence with her.

DO NOT GO IN HERE they do horrible job in cutting people hair either they cut it too short on one side and leave long on other side. I saw other people complaining same thing. They don’t know what they are doing. I would not recommend them at all. Hairstyling
