The lady Beth maybe a borrowed employee was stale and curt Told us we had to leave the service area. We come all the time and have never been spoken to us as if we were intruding. Totally killed some excitement but not all. We were excited my granddaughters first haircut with bangs. The lady cutting our hair was friendly and helpful excited as we were and awesome. Don’t want her name associated with this review though. Beth seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else.

Walked in with a straight line undercut yesterday, wasn’t expecting perfection but just wow. My hair immediately fell out of the clip and she didn’t bother to fix it before going in with the clippers and lifting my hair partially up with her hands. Left side of my head she didn’t even bother with hands, just went in blind. Took 2 minutes to ruin and she expected me to pay the full haircut price.
