Worst haircut of my life, nightmare experience. Avoid Vanessa at all costs. She’s quite inept at her job, left hairs hanging above my ears, messed up my haircut, constantly got mad at me, lacked patience, made me feel uncomfortable, then had the audacity to try and charge me $6 extra for a shampoo due to “a longer duration haircut” which she says her manager directed her to do even though I never got a shampoo. I’m now here 90 minutes and apparently I’m unwelcome back at any and all “Great Clips” for “causing a scene” when I’ve been very polite and never once raised my tone or cursed. The only thing that happened was that some other guests had to wait longer than normal while the non-professional employees failed at doing their jobs in a timely manner. Never coming back and I pray you don’t come here either.

Steve dowden, so my wife was the hairstylist for him and she is always a talkative person in haircuts! Her last job at a different salon we got close with her boss so I was aloud in they’re whenever I wanted and she’s a great stylist. Y’all have a great stylist:)

My family has had our haircut here since 2004. Friendly, upbeat, professional staff. They have been very accommodating whether I’m in a rush and need a fast cut or changing hairstyles. As a single dad I appreciate the stylists taking time with my young daughter helping her choose a style or new color. They have never talked down to her and they have always been courteous. Also the prices are very reasonable, parking is very convenient, and I love their online check-in.

So thankful to come to a great clips and have a stylist that actually listened to what I wanted. I usually go to the great clips closest to my house but changed location due to the fact that everytime I ask for something the different stylists make me feel stupid and I don’t get what I want. The stylist I got at this great clips.listened and asked questions to confirm what I was asking for and even waited patiently whifelt comfortable that she had it. so thank you!

I would not use this location. I have been there three times, not once have they done everything I asked. Two out of three hair stylist didn’t know how to wash my hair completely nor how to comb out long hair without tearing my hair. Not to mention, their attitude. I will not be back to this location if they can’t do the basics.
