16 years I’ve been coming to this great clips with my family. My son went to the salon this morning to get the same haircut he’s always received. Long story short the stylist was rude and condescending. Just because my son is 17 does not mean you can throw professionalism out the door. I spoke with the stylist and she was condescending to me as well. I’m really disappointed because we’ve always had a great experience. Time to find a new place!

Staffing issues. Lately they’ve seemed to be struggling on staffing. My last cut from them I waited in store for almost an hour even with an early check-in on the online app. Been trying to get a haircut everyday for over a week now. Ever time I use the online check-in app it shows over an hour wait. On two occasions I checked in online with a 50+ min wait, only to arrive with less then 10 min left and be told a staff member just clocked out and it would be another 45 min. They were my go to for store but sadly I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I visited today (8/27/21) and my stylist was Brittney. I am suuuper not good about haircuts, I hate losing length and I am NOT a risk taker when it comes to my hair. But Brittney helped me talk through the type of face framing I wanted until I got it right and she was very understanding and helpful! Best cut/experience I’ve had in a while! Thanks!

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the last year or so, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’m a middle aged guy with a somewhat normal hairstyle, pretty simple stuff. The people here are awesome. The last couple times I had my hair cut by a girl named Bailey. I can’t say enough good things about this young woman. Professional, personal and she does an outstanding job. I’ll definitely continue using this store and I’ll spread the word whenever I can.

Bad haircut. Went back 3 days later for a redo. They didn’t see anything wrong with it except 1 thing. I was the laughing stock at a weekend family reunion. I demanded a refund, they expected me to wait! I had already waited 15 minutes. No Thank You! I eventually had all my hair shaved off to fix the horrible cut.
