I have come into this location a few times and saw Ryan. He is amazing and did a great job with my hair. I am about to go out of town and needed a haircut right away so I called to see if he was available. He is not in today so I asked Brenda (who answered the phone) to look at my account and see if there were notes on there on how he cut it so I can have somebody else cut it the same way he does. She just kept saying over and over “I’m sure there are notes because people leave notes” but would not take the extra minute to go ahead and actually pull the account up and take a look at it. Way to NOT go the extra mile for your customers Brenda!
