Wait time for online check in was about 20 minutes longer than quoted, which is about double the estimate. The staff seem really inexperienced and the salon was full of people soliciting. Go somewhere else for a haircut.

Don’t. Just don’t even consider this place. I was charged $30… And for what? I requested deep conditioning treatment. The guy didn’t even know how to brush hair… Everyone knows you start from the bottom and work your way up. He started from the top just yanking his way down. Pulling out so much hair and causing me so much pain… The treatment was a joke of a process, I got hit multiple times with the dome heater above my head as he set it up and he never apologized. Very unprofessional. Additionally, before having me leave the store with soaking wet hair still coated in conditioner, he “cut” my hair. I have had my hair trimmed before. Never have I ever been charged $14 to have them brush my hair back and cut one straight line across for a centimeter of hair and then be done… My 8 year old neighbor could have done that. He cut a straight line and charged me an additional $14. So first my scalp is tortured by someone who doesn’t have a clue in sensitivity or how to brush hair…THEN he charges me $14 for a “hair cut” that he put ZERO effort into. Beyond disappointed I reported the incident to corporate requesting my money back and that they address it– their response was that they would report to the franchise owner of this location.. Which whoever that person is– they never got back to me. Nobody deserves to be mistreated like this and I want my money back AND I want this addressed. The hair dresser was DAVID as you’ll see from my receipt. I hope somebody addresses this but in general, save yourself and pick another place.

Went in 4 times, and had to go back in to have them fix my hair. My hair was uneven, the sides were not blended. There was corners everywhere. It didn’t lay right. And they didn’t even cut it the way I had asked. You get what you pay for I suppose. The workers need to learn how to blend, and how to cut the top of mens hair. It’s not worth paying for a haircut when they can’t do what you ask for. Or change the cut and tell you after they spend 15 minutes doing it.
