The staff here were amazing and very polite. The online check in system that Great Clips has developed is great (pun intended)! I checked in online an hour before going because the wait time at the particular outlet I was going to, had a wait time of 89 minutes. I’d to wait for about 15 minutes at the salon as I reached early. The staff were very nice and friendly, but I can’t give this a 5 star rating because I didn’t like my haircut as much as I was hoping to.

I wouldn’t recommend using Google Maps to locate this one. Literally you will get lost trying to find it. The best description for direction is Its on Mill Ave across the street from T-mobile. Be prepared to pay for parking and walk a block. And always register online first. Especially at these times of the day .

Something to note: There is only metered parking out on Mill Ave, or, you can park in a public parking garage nearby. Either way, expect to walk a little bit as this is Mill Ave and it’s usually a packed street.

I’ve never really had an experience at Great Clips that has lead me to leave a review. It’s usually a fine experience with a basic mens haircut. I went into this location on Saturday evening and had a great experience. I didn’t get the stylists name but she had very short blonde hair and was literally the sweetest. I get my hair cut every 3-5 weeks, so that’s a lot of haircuts every year. I don’t care for my hair so every time I go to get it cut I always tell the stylist to do what they want. Whenever I say this to a stylist they typically give me an annoyed look and ask how I usually have it cut…they then follow everything I say to the T and don’t ever get creative. The thing I loved about my stylist is the fact that she listened, she was excited that I gave her the opportunity to do what she thought would look good..giving her creative freedom and her agreeing to it was a breath of fresh air. My hair looked very similar to how it usually looks after it’s cut, but she did change some things I would never think of. This was the first great experience I had with a corporate hair stylist. I was so thrilled that someone finally listened to me and did what she thought would look good, and it did, it turned out great! Anyways, for a $17 haircut I’m so happy…she made me feel heard and didn’t disappoint. Thank you for listening lady with short blonde hair

Went there for a haircut today. I and the barber decided the length of my hair before chopping. After that she chopped more than the length decided, infact much more. When I told her she said she totally forgot. She will get another customer but im never getting my hair back. I mean how could she say she forgot the length we agreed upon.
