Disappointing. I used the phone app to “get in line” and it told me 50 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early and was 2nd on the list. I didn’t get in the chair for another 40 minutes. Always understaffed with uninspired stylists. Not overly friendly or unfriendly, just seems like they’re working their shift, going through the motions. Uninspired. The haircut I received was decent. Unfortunately, there are not many options up here in Fountain Hills.

I recently had one of the best haircuts I have ever had. The stylist came all the way from Wickenburg. She was obviously very experienced and did a great job. I was very happy with my overall experience and the friendly atmosphere in the salon. Make your appointment in advance and be appreciative and patient. They are hard working and doing their best to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion.

A bit disappointed lately. A couple weeks ago I stopped there for a haircut only to find the door locked. No note on the door as to why. Two other folks came about the same time. We assumed Covid, but no note. This past Tuesday, I stopped again only to find out they are now closed on Tuesday. Called on Wed. to make an appointment only to find a 3 hour wait time. Was told to make an appointment on line. Tried to do that for Thursday, only to find that they are only taking online appointments the day of. Arrived at opening time on Thurday with 6 other guys & got in!!
