If you are looking for a fade, do not go there. I went there, requested a high fade and lady with short blonde hair did a terrible job. There was no fade, it went from zero to size 4. What is worse, it is uneven. I can not even say an amateur job since I honestly believe anybody could of done a better job. In summary, if you are looking for a fade trim, I do not recommend the place, at all. Poor poor experience.

I trust Sheena to keep my hair looking great. I went in on a very busy day and she was just as patient as always. Don’t know if it was special for the holiday rush but they had a young lady handling the desk and cleanups today so the stylists didn’t have to leave their customers as much to deal with registering and greeting people. Such a good idea!

I have visited this place several times in the past. Today I had unpleasant experience with a guy who was very rude barber. He turned my chair completely against the mirror and started conversation with another barber. He was rudely asking me to no to move my head like he is angrily talking to a child. When I asked him if he doesn’t mind, I’d like to be turned around to face the mirror and see myself, he rudely responded that I need to wait. His job was poor, and I had to ask him to fix extra hair that was left in right side of my head. He immediately took the cover off once he cut the hair and I had to ask him to show the backside of my head using a mirror. He had also used so much water and I had to ask him to dry my hair a little which he brought the hair dryer for almost 2 seconds unwillingly and turned it off immediately and took off the cover and left. I always leave good tips for the barbers but this time he really didn’t deserve a penny so that’s what he gets when he behaves rudely with the customer. He behaved so badly in a way that I felt this guy hates me. Some people seems to have unhappy life I guess. I never had such an experience in this place before. It seems like all the barbers are ladies except than this one guy.
