I didn’t know why great clips were rated on the low side until today. Have not had any issues in the past. They have a great system where you check in on the app, you get a text when it’s your turn, you drive there they greet you and get a haircut and you are done. Today it was different, I was greeted, waited a few minutes until it was my turn when one of the hairdressers was done she checked in a walk-in and let him know that it would be an hour wait almost to discourage him. He didn’t mind. I would have walked out. Needless to say she went to the back room but she never came back. I hope she did not die in the bathroom. I walked out. Business must be great where you get to pick which customer you want to serve. I will come back some other time when I have more patience. But I will continue to give you bad reviews if I get bad service.

the worst experience i’ve had at a hair salon. lady was so rude she made me cry. in a damn great clips. seriously. im mentally disabled and getting haircuts are kinda a big deal i guess. i try to go into it as best as i can. she gets so rude and snippy with me and then after says shes hard of hearing. my mom had to get angry with her because of how rude she was being. now look. i get it, i am disabled. but lead with that. i wouldve happily had my mom explain it for me because my voice doesnt go very loud and loud sounds overstimulate me. overall miserable experience. (didnt even rlly get the haircut i wanted because as soon as it happened i just wanted to leave)

I had been to this place many times in the past, but my last visit two weeks ago will be my last time. The person that cut my hair was rude and didn’t take time to read the notes from my previous appointment. She left the hair on one side of my head nearly two inches longer than the other. No thanks, I will go somewhere else from now on.

You have a hairdresser there with long black hair. She denied my friend who happens to have a crippling disability condition. She came in with a cane. Her pain doctor wanted to talk to her on the phone. The hairdresser became very spiteful. My friend waited for 40 minutes and even apologized to the hairdresser for her Doctor phone call to ask how her pain medicine prescription was doing. She wouldn’t give her courtesy. She told her I don’t care you waited 40 minutes in person. I have other customers who are now here. You have to go fall back in line after two more customers. My friend got berated in front of the other two. This hairdresser was busy ignoring her the whole time. This is not the way you TREAT DISABLED CUSTOMERS. My friend had no choice but to leave because you’d hairdresser wanted to wait another hour in her condition. What a horrible hairdresser. Filled with scary tattoos on both forearms. Tsk tsk. Horrible place to get a haircut if your disabled.

I visited this location on April 29th, it was my first time there. The wait was a couple of minutes after I checked in on the website about 5 minutes prior. I paid $19 for the cut and left a $10 tip.
