Critical: ValueStylist was super sweet, great conversation. Came in, I said I wanted a trim. I had short hair to begin with, I just wanted to get the ends cleaned up to get the blunt look again. The stylist kept suggesting I do a “textured” look so the ends don’t flip out. He suggested layers as well, and I kept repeating myself that no, I did not want layers. I just wanted a blunt look. He said he could do that with the textured ends just to make my hair look healthier. I said yes, I trust you. I left the first time with my hair dripping, and when it dried it was super uneven, and when I would run my fingers through my hair I was loosing so much hair. I went back half an hour later, and asked for the ends to be cut bluntly. I did not like the textured ends. He agreed. Again I left with my hair dripping wet. I came home to see this.
