The person who cut my son’s hair did not listen nor follow the directions in his profile. A no guard high and tight is not that difficult and seems that nobody in this establishment knows what this is. My son now has 2 very visible lines on the back of his head instead of the fade down that should be there! Will definitely be finding somewhere else! My husband and all 5 boys have been using great clips for more than 10 years. Very ridiculous!

I have gone to a salon the last two times. Had my hair chopped off (3 inches more than I requested), the next time she gave me a horrible coloring job. This time i colored myself, came out much better. Still needed a trim. Went to Great Clips after scheduling through their app. Angelica gave me a good cut and didn’t take off more than I asked. Will go back for future cuts with her.

My friend and I were desperate to get our hair cut. We were going to be leaving to go back home after wintering in Casa Grande. My friend had tried to trim her hair, and that didn’t go well. We decided to try Great Clips, and boy are we glad we did. Angelica cut our hair, and we were very happy with the results. I checked in on line. When I arrived at the scheduled time the one and only stylist there told me it would be another hour before I could get a cut. That is extremely frustrating! My time is valuable too!
