I absolutely cannot believe how in love I am with the haircut I received today from Tara (I am so sorry if I misspelled her name). I came in with long hair and walked out with EXACTLY what I asked for! The haircut I received is so flattering, and I cannot stop grinning every time I check the mirror. I have not been this happy with a haircut in a very long time. I also usually dread the small talk, but these ladies are so funny and personable! I arrived around 10 minutes after they opened and only had to wait a few minutes without checking in online. Altogether a great experience!

Super unhappy after wasting over 2 hrs of my day waiting to get a trim and style, when the wait time online was 40 minutes. Only to get pulled back and when I explained what I wanted, I was told they don’t “do” styling. I asked why it is on the website and the lady rudely replied that they are too short staffed! There were 5 people working in a shop with 6 chairs! She also told me that it is “blanked out on the price sign.” Since I had seen that there were no listed prices, I had thought it was priced person by person, not completely unavailable. Maybe you should put a line through the price sign to match the unprofessional image your employee showed to me today. I should have walked out when I walked in when I mentally thought there is only 1 person I want to touch my hair! She was the only one that acknowledged people when they came in and answered the phone. Nope, never again.

Went to go get a hair style done. I was told they do not do styles at this location, Only hair cuts! Their web page for their location clearly states they do styles! I guess the 3 ladies sitting around doing nothing had better things to do!Maybe none of them working are not competent enough to do them! I will never return!

Usually go in to get a haircut here when there isn’t a long waiting time. With the check-in online app it makes it easier to see what your wait time will be. If you are a return customer they actually have the way you cut your hair on your profile in the computer, so it makes it so much faster for you and the stylists. Stylists are fast and really on top of there work. Most of them have more than 10 years experience if styling hair. I enjoy going here when I need to.

Hi I stopped at this great clips in the Fry’s shopping center in San tan valley and was told there was a 30 minutes to 45 minutes wait as I didn’t sign up on the app but since so many people that did sign up didn’t or hadn’t shown up by the time they called out the names I was able to sit in the chair in about 6 minutes after I signed in. Now that was a lucky day for me and not only that but the stylist did a fantastic job in my haircut and did exactly everything I asked for and got it perfect the very first time. Usually some stylist have to cut and then cut and then cut to get my hair the way I like it but today the stars and planets were all aligned perfect cause not only did I get seen quickly but I got a great haircut and a sweet friendly stylist who was professional and did a great job from beginning to end. Sorry I’ didn’t get her name but not only will this location be my forever location but this stylist will be my forever stylist to boot too. Once I get her name, I’ll do another review and give her the proper credit she deserves as she did a great job and this is the perfect haircut that hasn’t happened in a long long time. I live in the far east Valley in AZ. I have been going to the Johnson Ranch location for approximately 15 years. I usually wait for Colleen or Julianna to cut my hair but recently a new girl named Esmerelda has done a great job. Anyway, good ladies who are very consistent.
