I went last night (1/12/23). Four stars because it was a bit of a wait. There was only two hairdressers and a lot of clients. Despite that, the ladies did not rush and gave each client their full attention. I have to give them props for doing the best they can with a full waiting room and a down system (they could only take cash). They took it all in stride. Also, I love my new do!! Did something completely different and I was nervous but the woman who did my cut helped me feel more relax and confident about my choice. My only regret is that I didn’t get her name so I can give her a proper shout out.

Good service, nice cut and fair pricing. When you check-in online, wait time is minimal. A second check-in, when you get there, confirms that you are waiting. Corporate policy as of 5-9-2021 is to wear a mask due to the CoVid 19 pandemic.

The girl I had was perfect about the way I wanted my hair done! Sometimes when I tell a stylist that I want a trim but to keep the length, they cut off way too much or hardly anything. She kept my length while making it a very nice and even length in the back as requested and my hair felt super healthy after! So glad I came here and I will be returning!

You get what you pay for. If you want a quick, cheap, mediocre haircut, this is your place. If you want a really good quality cut, go to a real salon and pay $60. I went in for a trim, I just wanted an inch or so off the ends so I thought Great Clips could handle that. I was wrong. It’s not the worst cut I’ve ever had, but she took off about 4 inches and my layers are a little choppy. But I should’ve known better than to expect quality when the stylists have to have customers out of their chair in 15 minutes or less.
