I went to get back to school cuts for my 2 son’s and also a trim for myself. The staff is courteous and professional. We got exactly what we asked for! I drove all the way from Tucson to be cut by Anna. She was recommended to me and i see why. She isn’t scissor happy and makes sure she’s cutting your hair how your comfortable with. We will be going back for future cuts!

Be sure to check in online or beware you’ll sit there for hours and hours because if you just walk in and put your name on the list. People who also check in online after you walked in will still get to go before you. I had a grandfather and his grand daughter who walked in 20 minutes after I did. They asked if he check in online. He replied no. He put his name on the list as I did sat next to me. I watched him download the app check in online and they both got to get their hair cuts before I did even after walking in 20 minutes after I did because they checked in online while sitting in the store. When they got called back I went to the counter and asked why I was told it was a 30-45min wait and I had been waited 2 hours and because I watch this grandfather download the app to check in 20 minutes after me I left and I won’t be back. Used to love it and they had really nice staff but now… it’s all new people and they just seem like they don’t want to be there like they can’t wait to go home… I really wish Casey was still here she used to cut my son’s hair for the past 4 yrs. And now we have to find a new person who we can really trust with our son’s haircut and who know’s how to talk to children. We do like Jessica though. She’s really nice and she makes us feel welcomed.
