I’ve had great past experience at Great Clips. Unfortunately, this haircut was only mediocre (at best). It wasn’t blended at all and it appears “choppy”. I thought, after my own wash and style, that it would be better on the second day. But it is worse. Hope it grows out quickly so I can get it fixed without it looking too short. Hairstyling

I like the prices and the way they cut my boys hair. I just didn’t like the way a staff member handled a promotion offered. Non military customers would receive a free haircut card to give to a veteran of your choice. Which I thought was fantastic. I took my two boys to get haircuts and so they can get there cards, to give to someone serving our country. When asked for the card at first they acted like they didnt know what i was talking about. They ended up giving me one. When I tried to show them the promotion on their website, they told us “oh I know what it says” and proceeded by saying “plus you have to show proof you have served”. As if I was going to try to use the card. Well I know better than that ppl. By the way I didnt see anyone showing proof when they came in to get there free card while I was there waiting. So yes that was insulting. If you treat your customers nice they will like you back if you dont they will never come back.
