Jocelyn cut my hair last night. A very positive experience. She was very knowledgeable and after talking about what I was looking for she executed her plan to perfection. Very friendly and upbeat. A nice change from people acting like your bother them. Looking forward to having her cut my hair again.

2nd time around NOT a charm!! Jocelyn did not listen even after I layers not cut well. She was rude and ticked I said they weren’t noticeable. Too bad Joanne the Mgr wasn’t in becoz her staff complained about her while customers were supposed to be getting services. Absolutely will not return. Why ask for a full service with style if the hair dresser doesn’t even want to blow dry long hair?? Ridiculous lazy workers. I had to spend more money to go to a better salon to fix the horrible cut she did.

Positive: Professionalism1. I didn’t catch the girls name that did my haircut but she was awesome. My haircut was spot on and I love it.2. My daughter was supposed to get a shampoo but that didn’t happen. When she got to the chair she was unable to transfer The chair was NOT HANDICAPPED friendly. It hand arms and the back was already in a declining position.. my daughter is in a wheelchair and an amputee and she needs to slide into a chair. She had been here before and had no issues. Needless to say she was upset and so was I. If you advertise that your shop is handcap friendly then it should be.The girl that did my hair was very apologetic and sympathetic. She did take our name to let us know if this can be resolved.The staff was very friendly and sympathetic. Place is very busy every time I go hour to hour and a half wait if you sign up online one thing I did find out and realize that when they tell you 50 minutes online when you sign up that means 15 minutes from when you are 15 minutes close to your time getting your haircut it could be upwards to 50 minutes more after the 15 minute notice just got to deal with it not too many hair cutting places close to me the person I cut my hair was good not real chatty personable can’t really complain what do you want for a haircut.
