I went to get a haircut 11-8-2022 at 1pm the assistant manager cut my hair I showed her a picture how I want it cut she did not cut my hair right the back of my hair was uneven in the sides were uneven and she caught it too short. I had to go to another salon to have my hair fixed. So upset I will never go back there .

Horrible customer service. I ask the lady to cut my hair all one length but just shorter in the back. She did not listen to me she cut layers in the back instead ( my hair is short so now it looks like a mushroom) . She kept insisting to do it a certain way. When I told her I didn’t like it she said “ well I don’t have time to re cut it because there are other people waiting” smh I’m very unsatisfied. A woman’s hair is thier image and she ruined mine . She could of at least cut it all to one length to satisfy me . She then told me that she hasn’t cut thick hair in a long time after the fact . Which if you know you can’t do something then do not do it . Every time I tried to explain what I wanted she argued with me . I was so upset when I left there . It was a waste of 20$ and now I look ridiculous because she couldn’t take the couple of minutes out of the time I was paying for to fix the issue. I will never go back . Now I have to waste more money to try and have someone else fix it . Very unprofessional. Who ever is the manager needs to teach your staff proper customer service.

I’ve been coming here almost 2 yrs and have even left good reviews. Yesterday I came in for a bob. Basically a trim on my existing bob and she butchered me. I feel terrible I look terrible. The worst haircut in literally 50 years. If I didn’t have a job I wouldn’t leave my house. At least 3 other stylist did a great job. This one knows zero about hair. Worse she blamed me for the lousy job she did. Worst experience ever!

TERRIBLE. When I arrived there were two workers. I had a scheduled time at the location in Apache Junction on Idaho & Apache Trail. There was a gentleman in the lobby who did not have an appointment. He was a regular customer and made it vocal that he was waiting for Marilyn to cut his hair. He repeatedly asked customers if they were waiting for her as well. He actually offered me five dollars to let him go ahead of me, I declined. Marilyn was finishing up and I was next. Meanwhile Elaine, the other stylist was finishing up as well. Marilyn quickly asked me to sit at Elaine’s station and took the walk-in to her station. Elaine had not had a chance to clean her station at this point, so when I sat down it was covered in hair and had not been sanitized. Marilyn started cutting this man’s hair while I waited for about 10 minutes before Elaine finally started mine. She told me she had been working all day, she was very short with me. When I asked if she had read my notes she gave a long sigh and “said do you want me to walk back over there and read them”? She then walked to the computer and got distracted by another customer. When she returned she said “I still didn’t read the notes“ and proceeded to cut my hair. I asked for a fade, she gave me a line, and then tried to fix it. I did not get the haircut I asked for. This is not how you treat a scheduled, paying customer. I will never return to this location.

Cut was OK, but tried to use a coupon that would have saved $7 and they were unwilling to help even after I finally found the coupon in their app. Called corporate and they weren’t able/willing to help but sent to the local owner twice with their assurances they would contact me… no they didn’t.

Called them. I was told to make an appointment on line. They did take walk ins there is a long wait either way I was recommended a particular hair dresser. Not impressed will not go back. Like they say you get what you pay for.

The hairdresser argued with me about how I wanted it cut. She just wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. I finally said it was OK & came home & cut it the way I wanted it myself. She did a good cut just not as short as I wanted.
