Been trying to get a haircut for several days now each time I come a little earlier hoping to catch them open today it was 4:30 shop was closed again. Time on the window says 8 to 8 Monday – Friday 8 to 6 Saturday and 9 to 6 Sunday. I don’t believe that that’s accurate anymore I know they’re closed and gone by five and then today they were closing gone by 4:30. Enjoyed getting my haircut here in the past by a very sweet elderly lady. I suggest you update your sign of operation so people can plan their haircuts around your busy schedule

The staff were so nice. They even kept my daughter entertained during my cut. My hair is not ideal for a brief cut though, so next time I plan to go to a salon. My hair is very straight and thick Asian hair, and cuts have to be extremely precise. I realize it needs a full hour to get it right, as the style of barbering at the Great Clips left some uneven ends. It was not the fault of the salon artist, as she already spent more than the allotted 14 minutes on my hair.

The lady was racist and rude. When we came inside she rolled her eyes, gave us an attitude and couldn’t respect us. We wanted to get our haircut in the station that was in the corner because we our muslims and in our religion we cover up our hair (no men can see) but the lady refused to and the other lady said “that’s your choice” then we told her if we can wait until the man leaves she said alright and she didn’t apologize nothing.. we just left. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back again.

I am pretty discriminating when it comes to haircuts, so getting the cheap ones that don’t take appointments and don’t let you reserve hair stylists is always a bit nerve-wracking to me but I consistently have a good experience at this particular location. It’s in a nice area of town, ahwatukee and it shows from the waiting area to the people who work there to the time that they take and everything. I recommend this Great clips above pretty much any other ones. This is not just one of those run them through as fast as you can every customer is a 5 year old getting their hair colored purple type of situation. They serve mature customers and they act like it and I really appreciate that.
