Well. I did the online check in.. Said I had a 0 wait time.. But when I got here.. There was a hand written sign saying be back at 1:20.. What a waste of time. I was on my lunch break, and didn’t have much time. I would have gone else where had I know there would be NOONE in salon! I have a big event to go to tonight… And this puts even more pressure. Just got my hair cut by Sam (an older, blonde, female). Asked for 3 inches off, long layers. She offered a face frame, I said go ahead. Simple haircut, didn’t think it would be a problem. She proceeded to chop at least 8 inches off, left me with a short, horrible, choppy mess. She was rude and mad that she was working. No salon license posted. Should have been my first signal to get up out of that chair before she destroyed my long hair that took me years to grow.

These people are buzzer happy. If you have a short hairstyle or cut, they immediately grab the buzzers which always makes the hair look “choppy.” They don’t know how to blend or taper AT ALL. I think this place is great for old, balding men. Other than that, spend the extra 5 bucks and go to Sports Clips.

Okay so I chicken online and I take an Uber there and by the time I get there I’m about 10:00 till 8:00 and they have their locked and they’re not letting anybody in because they are closing I wish the system would not have let me check in because it just wasted my time and an area that I’m not familiar with and I don’t know thank you great clips.

Horrible service!!! I sent my son to this location with a friend. His haircut was done horribly! They have instructions saved up in their system of how my son likes his hair cut! They certainly did not do what was instructed! Awful service and waste of money! Hopefully, my son’s hair grows back a little bit before school starts, so I can take him somewhere else to give him the right haircut!

Alana was rude and cut my hair crooked. When I sat in the chair she picked up a section of my hair and asked if I had been cutting it myself! I told her no, I asked the last lady who cut my hair to give me layers. I started to share with her my thoughts on what I would like and she told me that last lady probably cut my hair uneven because I was being a chatty cathy. I should have left then but I really wanted a hair cut. Alana cut my hair and it is a good half inch shorter on the right side then left side. I know good help is hard to find but Great Clips has had way better talent at that location before. I won’t be back though. I will go to a different location.

I will admit, I had low expectations going in to this: I checked in online and it said a 34 minute wait time, with about two hours before closing time. It took me about 20 minutes to drive there and I still waited nearly an hour. There was only one worker, a man named Doug. (The last haircut I got from a man lasted less than five minutes for the entire cut and he didn’t even wet my hair.) With that being my only experience with a male hair stylist, I honestly expected the worst. However, Doug has been cutting hair for 58 years and it definitely shows! The man is superb and it was probably better than the cuts I’ve gotten from higher-end salons. 11 out of 10, will go back for Doug, every time.

I booked my visit online. Upon arrival, the stylist was sitting outside the door, smoking a cigarette while looking at her phone. As I walked past her she said she would be right with me. I went inside thinking she would take another puff or two and begin cutting my hair. After about five minutes of waiting, I felt it was appropriate to leave and take my business elsewhere. I won’t be back.
