Got on wait list online. Said 58 min wait. Got a text saying I was up in 15 mins. Went there and they were closed. Door locked and no lights Couldn’t register for a wait list at another supercuts because website said I already had a reservation. This place is a Great Clips by name only. The worst franchise of all I’ve visited over the years. Some grumpy old lady barely checked us in and then left for the day…at 4:50pm and they close at 8. That left one woman shampooing another customer with no knowledge of who was in the shop. After being told there was no wait we kept waiting, for someone to hopefully come off break? Nope! Finally left and got a great haircut at another location, by people who didn’t seem to hate their job.

stylist was a bit rude, i went in for a trim, my hair is one length so not complicated. When asked what i needed i said trim whatever is dead. She said “so what does that mean, 2 inches?” Without even looking @ my hair. Typically its 1-2 but the point is she didnt even try to look, wasnt busy.. one other person waiting.
