Absolutely love one of the ladies there named Lou. She has been mine and my 16 year old son’s hairdresser for 6 yrs now and we have followed her all the way from 91st Ave and Olive to 19th Ave and Union Hills. The 1st yr of the pandemic, she knew that I was at severe high risk, as she is, and couldn’t go out that much. So, she came to our house, several times, and cut and styled our hair. And exactly just how we wanted! Lou is totally amazing! She has years of experience and is always asking if what she just did looked good ok and tell me it is totally up to me, whatever I wanted. Now, THAT is not just wonderful customer service, it’s also being treated like I matter and what I want matters. And Lou does that. We just saw her a couple of weeks ago and I got a super nice cut and style on my long hair. So did my son, who got 4 inches cut off! Wow! Great Clips has wonderful customer Service other than just hair services. They treat everyone with a smile, listening to what we are asking them to do, catching up with each other. Great advice and suggestions! I have long brown hair with silver and white popping out everywhere, so I wanted a hair style and highlights that would compliment the white streaks and the brown as well. She took her time and explained completely what the dye and chemicals would do to my hair, specially the greys. So, Lou said she could fix it like I wanted without the chemicals. And, of course, she did! I trust her and follow her advice her & her knowledge and experience. We love this lady! And so is her team. Great Clips made the right decision, or the only decision there is, to have these great stores everywhere it seems, but the one where Lou is, 19th Ave & Union Hills, is the greatest one! Lou has a wonderful team, and I love going there for my hair and getting to see everyone again. If the scale was 1 to 10, or 20, on Great Clips and the crew, I would definitely give them a least a thousand stars!! Thamk you for doing such an Amazing job, y’all!! We WILL be back to see you. I recommended you to a couple great friends and they are coming with me next month! It’s a really great place to go for your hair and for beard trimming. Check them out!

Giving three stars because all of them had great customer service except the gal that cut my hair (just a trim) didn’t bring my head forward to cut the corners off. She was done in lightning fast speed and she only trimmed the hair from the back. I’ve never had a trim finished that fast. I’d say it was maybe 3-4 minutes from the first cut to the last and I was done. When I put my hair behind my ears, I always leave pieces of hair in front of my ears (the hairs that grows on the side/temples) and those pieces hang down by a solid two inches. Kind of bummed cause I tipped her more than 20%. My best friend is a hair dresser and she told me exactly what she didn’t do and I’d have to agree with her. I had a coupon but I made sure to tip her on the original price of the haircut which was $18.

I went here once before and got a haircut. Completely average-normal haircut no issues, I had a coupon but it didn’t apply because in the small print it was not redeemable at this location (I’ll take the blame there).
