Went in today.. very normal. I reserved online. There was one very nice lady working as fast as she could. The guy in front of me started off complaining about the wait. The hairstylist apologized several times… he still kept complaining about how he’s been coming there for 7 years..I think he was just trying to get a free cut, too be honest. Anyway, it really wasn’t that long of a wait and instead of starting off saying he knew it wasn’t her fault and then continuing to carry on through the cut… he was a jerk. She was very nice, smiled, apologized, was empathetic… and she did a great job on my cut after he left.

Our experience was awful. Said walk ins welcome. . . That wasn’t actually true. We were added to the list of customers waiting as a walk in. Told the wait was 48 minutes. We left to shop at another store returned with a 10 minute wait time. Told it would be another 38 minutes BECAUSE people who booked online got preference. But they don’t make appointments. But that isn’t true, actual live customers in the store w/o online booking (on line booking is an appointment) were treated terribly. The staff was rude. My son’s cutter slammed into me. I’m 75yrs old, didn’t appreciate the rudeness. The manager came out, looking like a street thug, arms crossed, with a look that could kill. The haircut was not that great either. We will NOT go back, ever.

Went in for my son’s hair to be done, the Male hair dresser was Kinda rude in a sense to where he was rushing to get My sons hair done .He Completly messed it up, very uneven and the cut is just what was he trying to actually do? It was his picture day today so now we have to do retakes. It usually takes my original hair stylist an hour to cut his hair correctly it took him at the most ,10 min. Wont be coming back.

Honestly, there is no use off checking online as people just by pass without checking. My name is still on screen yet people behind me get hair cut. Am loyal customer to this store !!!
