I went in with an extremely botched haircut from a “high end” salon and was very nervous. The assistant manager Terri spent a great deal of time consulting with me and suggesting what direction to go with my hair. I also appreciated her sense of humor and transparency. The person cutting my hair was in such a hurry- and/or ill-prepared, I sat in the chair for maybe 10 minutes and it didn’t even feel like I got a haircut. The ‘manager’ was extremely rude, finally telling me if I wanted my head shaved (I didn’t) I should go to a barber (well, what are they?!?) Terrible haircuts and even worse customer service.

I have usually had a good experience at Great Clips and their staff. But this was my first time in this location. The staff here were very rude. I wanted to get a shampoo and haircut done, but the sink was very dirty with soap and hair in the entire sink. When I pointed that out to the lady and asked her to clean it first, she had the guts to tell me that my hair was dirty! Cleanliness and manners go a long way!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I was never expecting to be told to “just leave”, “just get out” , “you’re insecure”, and “you’re overparenting”. This was literally my son’s 8th or 9th haircut ever and he usually runs up to the people about to cut his hair with a smile, but this lady was in such a bad mood he walked slowly up and it made me concerned. Lady, don’t take out your hatred of life on the patrons just trying to get their kiddos hair cut. There are soooooo many other methods you could of used to explain that YOU were uncomfortable and couldn’t handle that a parent wanted to be present for their child’s haircut so he doesn’t get clipped on the ear again. To the manager that said he was getting pops for next time, don’t worry about that. I definitely will never be back to your location as you tolerate that kind of word choice and treatment of the patrons from your stylists. Also, you’re welcome I used self control and did not retaliate to her verbal assault on me and how I care about my son.

I didn’t even feel like I got a haircut. They don’t even know, i was already mentioned to cut my hair short after like 10 minutes she was done but my hair was almost same length. I have been in the different great clips locations but this one was worst. I will go to another location tomorrow for cut my hair again. Worst experience

If you’re looking for some traumatic encouragement to cut your own hair, then this is the place for you! If you’re not quite ready to make the switch I highly recommend literally any other location. There are some good stylists but it doesn’t make up for those who are not. I prefer not flipping a coin over the quality of my hair cut. Especially when it’s something as simple as a bang trim.

zero Stars!…I have thick super long healthy hair, went in for a dusting, just wanting my ends trimmed. I came out with thinned out , chunks missing, about a foot of length gone! I repeatedly stated what I wanted, demanded NO THINING, and I now I have to wait 3-4 yrs to fix this malicious haircut. DO NOT COME HERE!!! unless you’re ok with looking like you just started chemo therapy.
