EDIT: this place has gone downhill. With price hikes and endless bad experiences I can no longer recommend this place to any degree. Honestly go to Costco or Walmart and pick yourself up a hair cutting kit and you’ll probably still have better results. We requested our twins have the same stylist so regardless it looks the same. They refused and were very rude about it. They informed my wife “with the same instructions their hair would be the same” I’ll update my post with a picture to show how far from the truth that is.

I brought my kiddo into this location to shorten up a grown out hairstyle. I called in advance to let them know I was worried about bringing my kiddo in for a haircut. They told me everything would be good, they were great with kids cuts.

Came in a few months to get a trim and she ended up cutting off way to much some older lady working it was way to choppy and One Side was Lopsided they need to be trained better I always came there and like how they trimmed my hair it’s kinda frustrating when you tell them you wanted shoulder Length hair she ended up cutting up to the neck she even showed me long story short came in the next day to talk to someone about it yesterday they fixed it for me no charge the had to cut one side shorter to match with the one side

You get what you get with Great Clips. Not thorough, and very uneven cut. I wear a pretty basic men’s side sweep cut. Around the sides and back was very choppy. Felt like my head had actual dents in it from the box like corners of the hair around my sides. Thought that she would at least do a clean up check for it to be round before sending me out. Nope. Cheap cuts through and through.

What I asked for was a full head cut and shape up, what I got was $16.00 for a trim !!!! My head was soaking wet, when I walked out, I thought she would wash and style it ( I was willing to pay for it) I felt as if the gal was afraid to cut my hair I showed her a picture of myself with the haircut I was looking to get. Not a model of the cut, my hair on my head and face. It was a 25 minute Wait and it took her almost 45 minutes to cut it once I got into the chair, I was going to be late for a meeting that day so I didn’t have time for her to re do it. Most times I am ok with the service and staff is always friendly and I am satisfied with the end result, but it was not good this last time.
