There are 2 incredible ladies at the Hurricane UT Great Clips named Melanie and Brianna who absolutely went above and BEYOND the “call of duty.” I am recovering from a rollover car accident which resulted in fracturing 5 vertebrae between my shoulder blades. Because of the placement of the fractures, the pain I experience while using my arms makes taking care of my hair very difficult. I was sobbing when I called Great Clips and began explaining the embarrassing state my hair was, specifically due to how much I struggle with brushing it. Melanie treated me with compassion, kindness, and respect as she explained how Great Clips would be more than happy to help. When I finally worked up the courage to actually go, I was greeted by Brianna who had been somewhat briefed by Melanie. Brianna’s kindness, friendliness, and professionalism was unparalleled as she trimmed away uneven, damaged hair which was a result of months of neglect and gigantic snarls. When she finished trimming it and styling it, I told her “I haven’t felt this pretty in such a long time.” Melanie and Brianna could have easily given me short, blunt responses and have the attitude of “all business,” but they chose kindness and compassion while still maintaining professionalism. I felt like I left Great Clips yesterday with a new-found dignity that I so desperately needed. Thank you Melanie and Brianna! You 2 wonderful ladies are angels

I would give it a 4 star but that’s not who I am. I asked the lady to give me a drastic v cut in the back with layers and I told her it was fine because I didn’t want to complain about how my hair turned out. I don’t cut my hair except every 2 years so I won’t be back here for my next hair cut.

Most convenient place to to get a hair cut without an appointment. Workers are always friendly and nice. Paying around $18 for a male haircut that takes less than 15 minutes is a little much. And I always make sure to tip on top of that.
