Love great clips and they give great haircuts; and they remember your old haircuts from any other great clips. However, this great clips website kept moving up our time when our haircut was, not to mention not showing us when we had less than 10 minutes left. Great place, only dropping a star because of the minor issues with the website.

Why would you offer online check in if it doesn’t even work? You have to physically go there and “check in” or else you aren’t checked in. This is such an idiotic concept. So I can check my husband in, and even if the wait is 80 MINUTES I have to have him drive all the way into town to interrupt someone else’s haircut that they also waited for, all so the hair dresser can take 2 seconds to click a button on an iPad. Such a waste of time and fuel. Just let people check in completely online! If someone else is there and the person “in front” isn’t yet, let them cut in line. Sorry not sorry.

Not bad. Overall, they are decent barbers, very courteous, and it’s not expensive. But I give them about a 6 or 7 out of 10. I saw Katie my first time there. She was good, an 8/10. I had Joni my second time and she was only okay. A 5, maybe a 6, out of 10. She had to be corrected twice on a spot she missed and a spot that was quite uneven. Anywho I’ll continue to go here, but I’m glad my hair grows back fast. I’ll update this as I go.

They’re all around good and decent at haircuts but they’re not enforcing their masks required rule for people waiting. The mask requirement is one of the reasons I come to get my haircut right now. A lazy enforcement by staff is not only endangering themselves but us customers too.
