I have used great clips in the past and thought I’d try them again. Never again! I tried to get an appointment with two people I talked to and tried to explain I was driving and could not use there app (I live in a rural area anyway) I was also disabled and could not sit for a long time and I would be there in an hour.

I had been struggling to find a place in my hometown where I could get a decent haircut. I was in the Payson area so I figured why not? When I walked in everything was clean, the music was nice and I got checked in quickly. The girl who cut my hair did a fantastic job and made me me feel really good about my hair. She gave me some great tips and was very fun to chat with! I will definitely be back!

They were ok the first few months and then this last haircut me and my son got there made it so we won’t be going back. My hairstylist was a space cadet in conversation and was negative on everything we were chatting about. And on top of that she almost puked on the floor because she had a hair in her mouth? She didn’t even comb my hair when I was done. Definitely time to find a better place to get a haircut here in Payson.

I have been going to the Payson Great Clips for years. Aubrey was the best, but sadly has left. Tammy is the worst, she will do 5 cuts in the time it takes others to do one. But, then I have to go home and have my wife fix what Tammy missed. Haircut

The lady didn’t listen to what I was asking for, nor followed the pictures I had. I’ve had a very simple and short mullet-type haircut since March, and I had it trimmed to the same cut in May. I showed her pictures of the original cut, and told her how I wanted it cut, and she still somewhat ignored what I had asked. Even though I had shown her exactly what I wanted, she ended up giving me some type of rat-tail cut and tapered the entire back of my head into a V. Not at all what I wanted, and I made her cut off the V and just shorten it up so it didn’t look ugly (which it still somewhat did). So here I am writing this review over a month later still upset because my hair hasn’t grown enough to get the actual haircut I wanted. I’m never choosing this place again. Sports Clips will be my future choice.
