I normally don’t post negative reviews but this last visit left so much to be desired. I will say that it was probably my fault for not standing directly near my 11 year old while he was getting his hair cut. Maybe she would have taken better care of him. The stylist was friendly but kept trying to change how he got his hair cut, kept suggesting other ways for us to try. He had to repeatedly tell her no. Just cut it the way he said. She then kept trying to sell him hair gel, which he then had to keep repeating no. The final straw was when she cut his ear with the blade and didn’t tell me at all. I found out on the way home when my child told me.

Okay. I have been trying to figure out how to leave this review all day. I honestly wasn’t sure how to word it without being inappropriate, but also make sure the salon employees understand the gravity of the situation. I took my 6 year old in today. The staff was nice and the haircut was good. However, they had HORRIBLY INAPPROPRIATE music playing loudly. I don’t mean just cursing. This was some flat out graphic music that talked about different forms of s*x. Not a single employee seemed alarmed. I know they could hear it. It was playing loud. That song should be playing in a bar. Not a family friendly hair salon. This was probably one of the most graphic songs I have heard in a long time. Not at all pleased that my kindergartner heard it. Do better.

Went here after going to a expensive salon that I paid $300 for a cut at to get it to what I want, they looked at my pic I wanted and totally fixed it til I was completely satisfied. Just goes to show you that expensive is not always better. Great customer service. A+

I love that I can call and make an appointment or go online and make an appointment and then you get a text about 15 minutes before your appointment time at which gives you time to get there and you’re not just sitting and waiting.

So far so good, I am thankful for the free Veterans Day haircut due to my past military service! I don’t know yet how good they are as it’s my first time, so will just rate 4 for now. Mary is one of the new stylists there, but she did great!

Love this great clips. I take my son here this is the only place he likes to get his haircut. He’s only 11 but that’s proof of how amazing they are here!!! The ladies are all nice, kind and sweet. The wait is never long at all, whether you check in online or just walk in. The pricing is very reasonable and the haircut is top notch results!!! My wife and oldest daughter have even got their hair trimmed here and their hair has come out amazing as well.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called at 6:30pm and dialed 0 to speak to an associate in store. I asked if I could make an appointment, she told me they don’t do that, to download the app and check in. I check in about 15 min after I hung up. I drive past the store at 7pm looking for parking and see a lady inside. I park, finally get up to the store at 7:05 and they are CLOSED! (I verified their hours, open until 8pm). All signs on door and windows say they close at 8pm. So unprofessional and blatantly rude. Don’t use this great clips (some are owned by other owners).
