This is my go to Haircuts Place, most of the time I make appointments online, not this time, I did a walk-in appointment, this girl took my info and said they will text me to let me know when my turn would be, I never got the text message, after 1 hour I got inside and this girl told me that they took my name off from the waiting list, she said sorry I had to wait 5 more minutes , waited 10 min and they still did not care I was there….made me waste 1 hour and 20 min total. No haircut and worst service . Somebody needs to take care of this place, is there a manager?…I am so angry , can’t believe they saw me and made wait that long, and did not get a haircut. And yes I have a prove.

According to the online check-in you get to check in and hold you place online so you can stay home or run errands. But according to Tiffany it is to check in drive there and then get checked in again and loose being at the top of the list to the fourth on the list. What is the point of check in online if you have to check in again and not have your place held. To top it off Tiffany then likes to bad mouth me to another customer as I sit and wait for my kids. This is the worst place by far. Tiffany’s customer care should be addressed and dealt with. And they really need to address the online check in and learn to follow what it says. And last Tiffany also removed my plus one on the list. Thanks Tiffany
