A girl named Akira cut my hair. I asked for her to keep the length below my shoulders and I ended up with a very short bob- a couple inches above my shoulders. One side was about 1/2 in. longer than the other and the cuts were jagged and uneven in places. She parted my hair in the middle for the cut, even though she knew I normally part it on the side which is why I think it was uneven. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I’ve gone here many times before and I have never had problems. I would recommend requesting someone else if you are given her.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I just had the worst experience ever at the north logan utah great clips. At around 4pm, I checked in online to get a haircut because i’ve always had success with the online check in. The wait time was about 40 minutes, which was fine. About 30-45 minutes later, I got a text saying that they would be ready for me in 15 minutes. I drove to the location, and went right to the front desk to check in. I told the stylist that I had checked in online and gave her my name and phone number. She said she didn’t see me on the list, so I showed her my text and confirmed that I was at the right location. After that, she said she’d take care of me and said there must’ve been a glitch. It was a semi-busy day and there was a decent flow of people coming in and out. I sat in that great clips lobby for over 2 hours watching people walk in and being helped right away. I was treated like absolute garbage by every employee at this location. When 7:00pm rolled around, a stylist came to the lobby and informed everyone they were closed and that we had to leave. I expressed my frustration to the stylist, and she didn’t even have the decency to apologize. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow, and I was hoping to get a fresh haircut before it, but I ended up spending my night sitting in a great clips lobby being constantly ignored only to leave with nothing. I am baffled at how little great clips values their customers and will never recommend them to anyone. I’ve already contacted customer service so don’t reply with that automated b.s. If you do want to brave this great clips, plan on making it an all day event.

I told the lady cutting my hair what I wanted and she did the exact opposite. She cut half of my mullet off before I stopped her. She didn’t even blend it or anything. I would expect this kind of haircut from a student, not someone with 5+ years experience. Extremely dissatisfied. Haircut

Horrible!!!! I took my daughter in for a hair cut, I told the girl there not once but twice How much I wanted her to cut. I asked for 2 inches below the shoulder and ended up with a Dora the Explorer cut! I will never go back to that place again and that girl should not be cutting anyones hair!

They’re getting ridiculous with the prices lately from a “Mc Donald’s” equivalent service. I had my hair cut from here and noticed a couple spots that were completely missed and not even professional looking at all! And for $20? Nah, if you’re looking for a better place for less money, I’d recommend the barber shop in preston. It’s only $14, he’s very efficient, professional, and you even get a free neck massage afterwards.i just went there yesterday and I’m mad I didn’t go there sooner. Don’t make the same mistake I did. SAVE YOURSELF!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went in and asked for a trim to clean up some split ends as I have a very formal event to attend tomorrow and wanted my hair to look nice. Nope. Completely uneven cut 3 inches off when I asked for absolutely no more than 1/4 inch. Essentially left with a mullet with a good 1 1/2 difference in the front of my hair. Had to pay another salon to fix it. And you know it was a bad cut because I went in to get a refund since I had to go somewhere else to fix it and showed the girls pictures of what I was left with and they gasped and asked where I got it done. Had to reiterate that Sydney that works at great clips did it just a few hours prior. The girl asked another girl if there was any way to refund since it was obviously a bad cut and the response was no we don’t do that. Normally when a hair cut is over you get handed a mirror and asked how you like it. Nope nothing she took the cape off and said there you’re done. Very disappointed and will not be back. Unfortunate that this girl is allowed to cut anyone’s hair
