It’s fine. The AC was going pretty good when I went in which was nice. They had several stylists working. Their prices have gone up quite a bit this past year of 2022.

Not so great… I have super short hair and I just wanted it cleaned up, so a “1” all over. I have been to Great Clips across the country and in Utah and other locations and they always charge $10. So then I’m able to leave a $5 tip. At this particular location they charged $19 they had no way or reason to justify it. I inquired about it and the individual asked her manager and they said yeah we’re not sure why the other places would do that for you. It was really strange and awkward and they were not going to budge so I finally just paid and left but I felt like it was pretty dishonest because I know they have a standardized rate chart. It literally took her 5 minutes.

It was very nice! I used the online check-in system to get on their list. It went perfectly for me. I walked in 15min early (as directed) and they were ready for me! The lady doing my hair was quiet, which was less pressure on me. I don’t talk that much and prefer the person doing my hair to be focused on my hair. (I previously went to the great clips in Logan and all the lady did was talk. I walked out with slanted hair!) As you’d guess, my hair came out great! I’m very happy with it! I saw on the certificate that her name was Alexa? If I read that right. I don’t know if she did take me to her specific station or not, so it could have been someone else’s certification, but if it was Alexa, props to her! Gave her a nice tip! ♡

My wife was so upset that she didn’t want to leave a review after her haircut today. The stylist didn’t layer her hair or anything. It was supposed to be an A-line and she got a bob. All of the color got chopped of and she has to find another place to get it fixed. I wish zero stars were possible.

I’ve been to all sorts of salons, expensive, budget friends, barber shops and all of the in between. And I can say where all others are hit and miss, this place consistently leaves me feeling amazing and happy with the way it looks. I don’t even book a certain person. Never a bad hair cut, an amazing price full of happy and cheerful people. I can also add, they seem to be meticulous with the notes about my visits and adjust those notes each time. Other places have had the same notes as were in there 4-5 yrs prior. #lovethisplace

Staff is always great, I like how they remember what haircut I got last time, and how you can sign in online. I always use coupons when I can, then I can afford a little bit bigger tip and still save money. I love to save money!! Been a Great Clips customer for many years now. We have visited this Great Clips location a couple times now which means eight cuts between me and the boys (my male children, not like my ‘crew’). We have had different stylist and had good cuts each time. We walked in the first time and get quick service. Next time we used the app and checked in ahead of time so we knew we’d get in when we arrived. We will be back!!
