Positive: ValueI like Great Clips because they keep track in their system of how I like my hair cut. Online scheduling is a plus during busy hours. Today I got lucky and hit a sale price. Otherwise the price seems to creep up over time. I like Great Clips because they keep track in their system of how I like my hair cut. Online scheduling is a plus during busy hours. Today I got lucky and hit a sale price. Otherwise the price seems to creep up over time. The stylists are friendly, though you can’t specify which stylist you get (which doesn’t really matter to me, but if it does to you, you’ll probably want to go somewhere else).

The high turnover rate means that there are never experienced cutters at the shop and that they don’t know what to do. My most recent haircut my person had to call over another hair cutter, who also didn’t fix it and made it worse. I had a chicken head for a few weeks until it grew out. There are never the same haircutters in the store and it’s clear that the ownership isn’t up to par. Been there three times and the chance of me getting a good cut is 1 in 3. The high turnover rate means that there are never experienced cutters at the shop and that they don’t know what to do. My most recent haircut my person had to call over another hair cutter, who also didn’t fix it and made it worse. I had a chicken head for a few weeks until it grew out. However, they are constantly bleeding people as the turn over rate is beyond ridiculous. You would think that management would give exit interviews and encourage candid and honest responses, find the commonalities among those leaving and correct the reasons for staff attrition. The color of the company has changed to green so the color scheme inside the business has as well. It’s always been a positive experience on every visit for the last 7 years. However, they are constantly bleeding people as the turn over rate is beyond ridiculous. You would think that management would give exit interviews and encourage candid and honest responses, find the commonalities among those leaving and correct the reasons for staff attrition.
