I am so glad they allow online check in. I went on a busy Saturday afternoon (just before school started) and was able to check in nearly an hour before they were available. I showed up and waited for the person to finish getting a haircut in front of me, then it was my turn.

What started as 5 inches on the top ended at 1 or 2 inches tops. Heather, the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I have been getting my hair cut the same way ever since I was 5 so I wanted to try something new. My experience here was not so great. My stylist seemed bored and annoyed that she had to cut my hair, she didn’t listen to my requests and wasn’t interested in looking at the pictures I brought in. She didn’t even touch the top layers of my hair, I didn’t realize it til after, but now that I’m home I’m seeing how frayed the top and front of my hair looks compared to the bottom. It’s not a good look. ☹

Awesome! Really impressed with their safety precautions, everyone was wearing masks, things were being sanitized thoroughly from what I could tell, and the online check-in prevents loitering. Plus, Alex did a great job fixing my quarantine self-haircut, very efficient and professional, and it looks good, all for very cheap.
