Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueShowed up around 3:55 pm, understand rush hour! I was told it was going to be a 40 min wait, I also understand its an estimated time. I was waiting, then someone who stated she wanted a hair cut, did NOT state she was checking in waited for like 5 min, then was taken to the back to get a hair cut. I felt disregarded and discriminated against, discriminated because I might speak with an accent. Showed up around 3:55 pm, understand rush hour! I was told it was going to be a 40 min wait, I also understand its an estimated time. I was waiting, then someone who stated she wanted a hair cut, did NOT state she was checking in waited for like 5 min, then was taken to the back to get a hair cut. I felt disregarded and discriminated against, discriminated because I might speak with an accent. All I can say is I hope everyone working today gets stuck in traffic and gets diarrhea.

Critical: QualityI went to get a trim and left with a mess. The stylist was asked to trim and confirmed about 1/2 inch off everything. I pointed out my layering and specified that I am growing out my curtain bangs. When I had a chance to look at my hair, I cried. I went to a higher end salon and paid more than I would’ve to have my hair fixed. My bangs were chopped straight across and short. There were sections of my hair that were off by over an inch. My layers, which started at the shoulders, now started at my jawline and we’re terribly uneven. My receipt said the stylist was Jody. I have gone to this location for years and have had less than desirable cuts before. This was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere in my life. If you decide to go to this location ask for Jen.
