Literally one of the worst haircuts I’ve had. Looked at my reference pictures for about 10 seconds. The cut I wanted would have had all of my hair about 6-7 inches long almost everywhere. I got a pixie cut so short the only way I would be able to fix it is by shaving it. The longest point of my hair is maybe 3 inches long. I genuinely do not understand how someone could absolutely ruin someone’s hair and be completely fine with doing so. Wasn’t anything like how I wanted. Staff seemed disinterested the entire time. Do you have the money to go to a barber, a PROFESSIONAL one, do that instead. This has tanked my confidence and I don’t want anyone to see the haircut I was given.

This Great Clips location has been terrible lately. When they cut my hair I asked to leave the top an inch long, but when I looked closer at it they left it about an inch and a half, which isn’t that bad. But when they cut my daughters hair they hacked it so bad she was devastated for the entire day afterwards. Their barbers cannot follow directions to save their life!

Got told there was 2 people in front of me. They let 5 people walk in and get on the list after me. They were obviously friends and got seated before me. They also said i need to give them an address because the CDC requires them to get an address. (That was a lie). I was waiting an hr before I left. There is only 2 people working there due to “staff shortages”. Plus, they are charging $20 for a haircut now. I would rather go to a legit Salon where the stylists get to keep more of their money. Will NEVER go back to Great Clips.
