Critical: QualityI feel so bad typing this but I need to warn others out there! I ignored the reviews and now here I am. My hair all chopped up. I asked for TWO layers and one inch off and now I have who knows how many layers and lost a good amount of hair. Maria was very nice but I wish her skills were just as good. I think they should be honest if they’re not as good cutting long hair as they are with pixies or mens hair. I feel so bad typing this but I need to warn others out there! I ignored the reviews and now here I am. My hair all chopped up. I asked for TWO layers and one inch off and now I have who knows how many layers and lost a good amount of hair. Maria was very nice but I wish her skills were just as good. Been here a couple of times and it always seems very rushed. I only cut my hair about every 6 months so they cut off about 4 inches each time. But there are always very long hairs that they miss because they don’t do a thorough job. The extra 2 minutes it would take to just go through it in multiple directions so that I don’t have hair hanging down to my eyes would be nice but it seems this location doesn’t do that. Other than that the stylists were nice and we got right in with no wait. Just wish they would take the time to do a thorough job.

Unfortunately, I thought I would give the Kearns location a second chance, but was disappointed again. The woman was nice, but I didn’t spend more than 5 minutes in the chair. I was the only person there at 4pm. She buzzed my sides, left about inch or 2 from hair part. After she had just read my notes to me that said the size 2 goes all the way the hard hair part. She said that looks funky do you want me to go further? I said yes and to take it all the way to where my hair parts. The problem was she didn’t finish and left part of my side longer and uneven. She didn’t even use a pair of scissors once to take any length off the top or anywhere. Buzzed around my ears and neck. That was the end of my cut. I would avoid the Kearns location.

We live nearby and have been coming here for around 10 years. The only thing keeping it from receiving a five star review is I would like more consistency with the staff. My son has some unique, difficult hair, and only a few stylists can get it right. And it’s hard to keep track of who they are. I appreciate that they have an online check-in. If you do have to wait, there are several great little shops and grocery store within walking distance.

I went in to have my bangs styled and came out with my bangs so short they’re about an inch long. I could have take a pair of scissors and chopped them off with the same result. They look horrible and are so short I can’t even fix them. The girl they have working has no skill.

Thought we would give it one more chance but it’s absolutely terrible every time. They didn’t even wet my hair and I stood up the whole time. For my sister she said she wanted the dead off and a little bit more but instead about 8 inches were taken off. Mine I just wanted the dead off and she said yours is rounded so I said yeah but I actually wanted it straight but now it is uneven and not even rounded it’s just choppy and she said to me I took more off then you wanted. Wish I could give it zero stars but I can’t. Maybe they shouldn’t hire people who don’t know how to cut hair ♀️ It took her 6 minutes to do both me and my sister.
