If I could give negative stars I would definitely would have done this. This is the worst place me and my kids have been so far. When my kids and I entered this place to get my boys a haircut they were two old unfriendly ladies working . Right away I felt those bad vibes. They were Very rude and racist with me and my kids.Plus they did a horrible job. If you both ladies don’t like your job and can’t be nice with clients PLEASE QUIT YOUR JOB AND STAY HOME!!! We would never come to this place anymore. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Not even worth 1 star rating. Horrible place to get your hair cut. The stupid Mexican lady that cut my hair was being super rude and was getting mad at me for telling her how I wanted my haircut. She didn’t even do a good job. Very unprofessional and definitely a waste of time. Her name is Pauline. She should be fired. Do not go to her.

Apparently they got rid of my last review. Came in for a trim and they chopped off six inches off my hair!!! I specifically told the girl I just wanted a slight trim! I was absolutely mortified. The fact that they somehow got rid of my last review also makes me suspicious of the rating they have. Do not go here.

Pretty good overall. Laura is excellent. Always better if you use the app and check in online. Let’s you know your estimated wait time, cuts down on wait time while you are there because you are already checked in before you get there and if there is a long wait, you can wait at home and they will let you know when to head over. I like that they save the information about your haircut which saves you trying to explain information time after time.

Signed up online and went there. Opened the door for another customer. No others were there. Went out to tell my wife I can get my haircut then. Another guy entered before I went back in. The 2 hair stylists took those 2 before me even though my name was the first one on the screen. Stood at the register but was not acknowledged. Won’t go to any Great clips again. No customer service at all
