Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI feel like any great human deserves 5000 starts. But on top of being a great human, Deanne does a wonderful job. Never had I gotten a compliment from my mother regarding my haircut because I would always just say some standard fade haircut. But one time I told Deanne to just make me handsome and cut my hair the way she would think it would look best. I feel like any great human deserves 5000 starts. But on top of being a great human, Deanne does a wonderful job. Never had I gotten a compliment from my mother regarding my haircut because I would always just say some standard fade haircut. But one time I told Deanne to just make me handsome and cut my hair the way she would think it would look best. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThere are two complaints that I have about this location. First, my wife told the stylist exactly how she wanted her hair done. The stylist at first just ignored her. Then she started arguing with her. The manager onsite did nothing about the incident. I see this as a very poor example of great customer service.Second, they still have ads up at the U that they refuse to honor. Even though they are expired and it’s not entirely in their control whether they are taken down I think they could have done a little more to make sure people aren’t misled. The ads expired almost a year ago. ..Anyway after this experience we’re not coming back to this location again and we’ve definitely lost our faith in the quality of service that Great Clips can give.Service: HairstylingThere are two complaints that I have about this location. There are two complaints that I have about this location. First, my wife told the stylist exactly how she wanted her hair done. The stylist at first just ignored her. Then she started arguing with her. The manager onsite did nothing about the incident. I see this as a very poor example of great customer service.
