Fist time I used the online check in , I was earlier at my appointment in the salon ..Nobody asked me anything, , check me in or asked me any question . So my appointment was at 7:06 I was 06:55 . They skipped me and at 7:20 when it was finally my turn they told me it was too late for a style. It’s communication too hard? I was waiting for 25 minutes before they tell me they can’t do a style . The salon closes at 08:00.They should ask you check in and ask what do you need haircut or style at the beginning .I had other things to do.
