The two girls that was working checked us in and they sure didnt seem to happy to be there but they were very efficient and my beautician asked if I wanted my hair washed I said yes she checked to make sure the water temperature was to my liking. She of course asked what length I wanted my hair and if I wanted different a layer looked etc. She was quit friendly as we decided what I wanted which was just 3″ cut off from the bottom and that was it.

Rude when cutting my 3 year olds hair. The woman was clearly defensive and was in a bad mood. She was very rough in her movements and would make my boy get antsy. This is not the first time I cut his hair and when the person is calm he stays still enough to even get a compkete nice scisor cut. Have been going here for over two years but after todays experience will look for another place.

I took my 3 year old for Haircut….sheer disappointment….no body can tell he had haircut as well the one which are trimmed are quite uneven….I guess hairdresser was not efficient enough… usually we are happy with hair cut there but always different hairstyles assist us…19$for such bad experience is not worth it Kids’ cuts

Terrible haircut. Stylist talked for 45 min and maybe spent 15 of that cutting. Forgot the left side of my head. I had to go somewhere else after to fix it. She should go back to school.

I wish I would have gotten her name, but the stylist who cut my hair was absolutely fantastic! To be fair, I don’t need anything crazy good and so the average cut that I normally get is fine for the price, but the gal who cut my hair last did an amazing job and I was super impressed at her skill level. I felt like I was at a top tier salon! Well done!

I checked in online to get my haircut at this location, like they ask you to. I was next in line and asked if I could use the bathroom. The stylist was nasty and dismissive. I couldn’t have been gone more then 2 minutes and the stylist decided to move on to the next customer. I would have had to wait another 20 minutes for a haircut. I can’t say if they are any good at actually cutting hair, because I left. But, I will never go back.
